All equipment hired is the responsibility of the hirer and all breakages
and losses will be charged at cost.

All
care is taken by our staff to minimise the risk of injury. However, it is
the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that children are properly supervised
and all guests and visitors kept from all cooking, food and potentially
hazardous areas.

Public risk insurance is the responsibility of the hirer for any incident
caused directly or indirectly by their employees or guests.

An
additional $30.00 delivery fee may be charged for difficult access i.e.
No lift access, 1 floor or more.

A
$250 non-refundable deposit is payable on booking your function. Total payment
due is the price per head times the total number of guests given on the
booking form or any increase in numbers given over the phone at a later
date or the minimum number of guests the menu is based on or that attend
the function - whichever is greater

An additional surcharge of $1.15 per kilometre applies for any function
north of Pukerua Bay and Te Marua.

Final payment is to be made on the day of the function unless alternative
arrangements have been made.

An additional 5% of the invoice value may be charged for every 7 days payment
is delayed (from function date).

Every effort will be made to serve the meal at the set time. We will not
be responsible for any cost incurred should service be delayed

Where the delay of 30 minutes or more has been requested after the stated
time, a $75.00 charge per half hour or part there of will apply.

The hirer or the business you are signing on behalf of, accept any cost
incurred in recovery of any monies.
Cancelation within 7 days of function, customer will be invoiced in full,
8 days or more invoiced for booking fee only.
